2002 - The Next Chapter

The New Orleans show is what sparked me to start traveling. I guess this is when it dawned on me that I really could travel around the country by myself. I took advantage of my new courage and freedom. There were some great memories, some great life lessons, and some huge adventures wrapped up in this group of concerts...

A 12 hour drive to New Orleans for a concert, then a frantic 12 hour drive back home to watch Barry sing the National Anthem at the Superbowl?

Attending a television taping??

A flood at a Manilow concert?!

But, there was a reason for my madness... A moment at the New Orleans show...an example of Barry doing what he does best...hooked me completely. I knew I had to see every show possible from that point forward.
